Happiness is . . .

These are things that make me happy:

Flashing when it is cool and windy outside.

Watching Isabella's eyes light up when she understands something.

Watching Sam Elliott. He was recently in a TNT movie, "Avenger". The older he gets the better he looks. And that voice!

Trying on clothes at Hecht's in the mall. They have those "slimming" mirrors in their dressing rooms.

Making fudge that is not grainy.

Our Sleep Comfort bed. I feel like I'm lying in the clouds.

Watching Victor ALWAYS come out on top on "The Young and the Restless".

Waking up in the morning and realizing it is SATURDAY.

Football season.

All the stuff Bennie does around the house to make my life easier.

Eating Japanese at Makoto's in Boone.

Opening our email and seeing that I have messages.

Seeing comments on this blog.

Playing Spider Solitaire and getting to that point in the game where I realize I've won it.

Back rubs.

When my SLAH parties reach the $400.00 mark. That means I've made at least $100.00. And for what? Going to a party, eating good food, talking and laughing with other women, playing games. The best job I've EVER had!

Watching the full moon come up. Especially at the beach.

Getting phone calls from my sons.

Watching American Idol, and KNOWING what Simon is going to say before he says it, because it is EXACTLY what I would have said.

Sitting on our porch swing (with the springs!).
