I really wanted Memphis to win last night. The only thing I like about Kansas is their coach, who looks like July Johnson, and I always felt sorry for him.
And one other thing. Toward the end of the game last night, as they were going into overtime or maybe already in overtime, I can't remember, but one of the announcers said, and I paraphrase, "Kansas knows how to play in overtime. They won in triple overtime in a tournament championship," then he says "in 1957". What?? Who was there who remembers that? Except maybe the announcer.

I turned ten in 1957. I don't remember a thing about that year. And is July Johnson distantly related to May Werner?
