I just thought this was fun, watching Dick Cheney take on that upstart. He was so cool when he talked about not having met him before, but my favorite part was when they started arguing, and Cheney really got the best of him. They were talking about Kerry (and Edwards both) demeaning the Iraqis and their prime minister, and Cheney said it was "beyond the pale". It was Cheney's turn talking, and Edwards tried to interrupt and say something, but Cheney wouldn't let him. It was cool. There is something I hate though, and that is all the spin that happens after something like this. Of course all the Dems are going to say Edwards did the best, and the Republicans will say Cheney did. I acknowledged last week that Bush did not do a very good job, but this time Cheney ruled, no matter what anyone says!
